Industrial Warehouses and PEB Construction

We build greige warehouses and pre-engineered buildings for textile, apparel and manufacturing clients across Andhra Pradesh, taking the package from foundation and plinth through to structural steel, sheeting and handover.

Our largest warehouse contract to date is the ₹6.39 crore greige warehouse built for Teejay India Pvt Ltd under Sanken Precision Engineering, completed in nine months. We also delivered warehouse buildings with access roads and landscaping for SEEDS Intimate India in just three months.

02 · Capability

Railway Infrastructure and Station Works

Station buildings, platform construction and allied civil infrastructure executed for South Central Railway and for principal contractors including G R Infraprojects, generally under live traffic conditions and fixed engineering blocks.

Railway work is now the largest part of our order book. The Bayyavaram and Samarlakota building and platform contract alone is worth ₹11.79 crore, and we have also delivered a ₹10.32 crore package covering Chirala, Bapatla and Tenali, plus platform works at Yelamanchilli.

03 · Capability

High-Rise and Residential Construction

Multi-storey residential buildings taken from excavation and raft foundation through structure, finishing and external development to a completed, handed-over building.

The Pearl is our flagship residential project, a ₹8.5 crore G+5 development in Visakhapatnam with stilt car parking, landscaped surrounds and full finishing works, delivered over an eighteen-month programme.

04 · Capability

Land Development, Roads and Drainage

Site grading, stormwater drainage and road networks that turn a raw industrial plot into a buildable, drainable and accessible site. This is usually the first package we execute on greenfield work.

We laid Hume pipe culverts and RMC roads for Teejay India under a ₹4.85 crore contract, and renovated the stormwater drain network with interlocking pathways across Brandix India Apparel City.

05 · Capability

Plant Renovation, Upgrades and Interiors

Renovating and upgrading factories that cannot stop production. We plan the sequence around your shift pattern so structural, civil and finishing work proceeds without shutting the line down.

Brandix has engaged us across multiple units, including the ₹1.50 crore BAI-2 renovation and the MMC project completed in sixty days. We also built the main building and clean-room shell for Nicomac Taikisha under Sanken Precision Engineering.

06 · Capability

Resorts, Swimming Pools and Leisure Structures

Architectural resort buildings and swimming pool engineering, from shell and waterproofing through filtration, decking and eco-landscaping.

The Lake House is a ₹2.93 crore resort contract combining timber-decked leisure structures with a deep swimming pool, delivered over twelve months alongside full site landscaping.
