About the company

A decade of ground-up growth, now a private limited force.

Our journey began in 2015 as SreeBalaji Constructions in Bellary District, Karnataka, founded by Mr. R. Koteswara Rao in association with K.D. Engineering Works. We began operating in Andhra Pradesh in 2018 and were incorporated as JSR Balaji Infra Private Limited in July 2023.

We execute civil and allied works end to end. Land development, building construction, structural steel fabrication, roofing, plumbing and drainage, and road development are all handled in-house, backed by a fully computerised project management system that produces daily site progress reports, bar charts and precise execution control.

Foundation laid in Bellary

Mr. R. Koteswara Rao founded SreeBalaji Constructions in Bellary District, Karnataka, in association with K.D. Engineering Works.

The firm began operating in Andhra Pradesh, winning its first industrial clients in and around the Atchutapuram and Brandix corridor.
