We are a Visakhapatnam-based industrial and civil construction company working across Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. The business began in 2015 as SreeBalaji Constructions in Bellary District, founded by Mr. R. Koteswara Rao in association with K.D. Engineering Works, moved into Andhra Pradesh in 2018, and was incorporated as JSR Balaji Infra Private Limited in July 2023.

Under Managing Director Mr. Ramakrishna Ravulapalli, who brings fifteen years across high-rise residential and factory warehouse projects, we have executed fifteen turnkey contracts worth ₹68.29 crore. Our clients include South Central Railway, Brandix, Teejay India, SEEDS Intimate, G R Infraprojects and Nicomac Taikisha.

We own our plant and employ our engineers and supervisors directly, so programmes are not exposed to hire queues or subcontractor availability. Every project runs on a computerised control system producing daily site progress reports and bar charts.
