JCB Excavators and Backhoe Loaders

Tracked excavators and backhoe loaders handle site excavation, trenching, pipe laying, loading and land levelling on every project we run.

Owning the machines rather than hiring them means earthwork starts the day we mobilise, and a delayed hire cannot hold up the critical path. Our operators are directly employed and work across all our sites.

02 · Concreting without a batching plant

AJAX Self-Loading Concrete Mixers

Self-loading mixers that load, mix, carry and pour in a single machine, giving us consistent concrete on sites where ready-mix supply is impractical or uneconomic.

One operator runs the full cycle, so we hold mix quality and pour continuity on rural and phased work. This was central to delivering the railway platform and station pours on schedule.

03 · Bulk material logistics

Tippers and Tractors

Our own tipper and tractor fleet moves earth, aggregate, sand and debris between and within sites.

Controlling haulage ourselves means material arrives when the programme needs it rather than when a third-party contractor is available, which matters most during continuous pours and bulk earthwork.

04 · Uninterrupted site power

Diesel Generators

Silent diesel generator sets keep concreting, welding and night work running through supply interruptions.

Power continuity matters most during a continuous pour, where an interrupted supply can compromise a slab. Our sets are CPCB compliant and sized for sustained site loads.

05 · Facilities from day one

Office and Store Containers

Portable site offices, secure stores and staff welfare units are deployed as soon as we mobilise.

Supervision, material security and worker welfare are in place before the first pour rather than weeks into the programme, which is a direct contributor to both safety performance and material control.

Allied Civil Machinery

Compaction plant, concrete handling gear, material lifts, vibrators, pumps and power tools, all maintained in-house.

Equipment moves between our sites as programmes demand, so a machine sitting idle on one project is working on another. Maintenance is handled by our own team to keep availability high.
